Salary£42,860 - £52,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an effective and efficient professional with strong project management skills and an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).

AI is set to have a profound impact on the way our members work in the future, and it’s our role to work with them to understand their needs when it comes to adopting AI into our specialties. As the AI Delivery Lead you will support the RCR’s AI work by taking responsibility for projects and initiatives emerging from the AI strategy and committee meetings, liaising with clinical professionals and representing the RCR at meetings with healthcare organisations and other external bodies.  

To be successful you will be analytical, organised and high performing. Able to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders with a customer service approach. If you are excited about the potential of AI in healthcare and would like to play an active role in its safe adoption we want to hear from you! 

What you’ll do:

  • Take forward agreed ideas, initiatives, processes and projects to establish and further our credibility in AI as part of the wider RCR AI strategic objectives.
  • Produce high quality AI briefings, reports and responses for relevant conversations with external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the Chairs and members, co-ordinate meetings for the AI committees, advisory and working groups and other relevant groups (AI groups).
  • Prioritise support for AI groups alongside all AI workstream activities for alignment and integration with the RCR AI strategic aims.
  • Take forward or coordinate actions of the AI group as needed.
     

 

What you’ll need:

  • Strong project management experience across the full project lifestyle. 
  • Experience in leading multiple projects concurrently. 
    Ability to take clear, concise and accurate minutes on complex subjects.
  • Experienced in reading materials and summarising for different audiences to a high standard.
  • Excellent time management skills, whilst able to prioritise work and competing demands. 
  • Clear and analytical thinker, able to exercise sound initiative. 
  • Self-starter, confident to initiate and progress work.
