The assessment
Assessment will take place throughout the training programme to allow trainees to continually gather evidence of learning and to provide the formative feedback essential to improving clinical practice.
These assessments will inform judgements made about progress at the annual review of competency progression (ARCP). Decision aids are available to support ARCP panels in making these judgements.
WPBAs should be recorded in your risr/advance e-portfolio, which you may also use to record other evidence of progress against the capabilities in practise (CiPs) described in the curriculum.
