Reverse mentoring mentor application form

The aims of the programme are to promote and create a genuine understanding of each other's lived experience, increase awareness of challenges experienced by those people with protected characteristics and improve training experience by fostering safe spaces to share experiences.

Applications close on 6 September 2024.

For all successful applicants there will be an online welcome meeting in September 2024.

The programme is anticipated to start in October and last 9 months. It will be supported by the RCR Mentoring Team.

Please note - Applicants will need to be based in the UK in order to take part in the Reverse Mentoring (RM) scheme.
