Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI) Hub
By joining the QSI Hub, services will benefit from a range of support resources that will help to facilitate your progression in meeting the QSI standards.
As a member of the QSI Hub you will be appointed a designated Quality Improvement Partner (QIP) who will provide dedicated advice and support and monitor your progress. You will also have access to your own confidential SharePoint site to begin tracking your progress against the standards and collating the relevant documentation.
Members will also be able to achieve “working towards QSI” status when they have met demonstrable progression.
Services have the option to progress to formally meet the Quality Mark.

The QSI Hub is open to any service in the UK that is actively working towards meeting the QSI. As a member of the hub, you will have access to a range of support tools as well a designated Quality Improvement Partner who will support you throughout the process of implementing QSI within your service.
The QSI Quality Mark is for services who have successfully implemented the QSI standards within their service and wish to seek formal recognition of this. A review team will assess your service’s compliance with the QSI standards and provide a written report of their findings including areas of best practice and recommendations for improvement. Final confirmation of the Quality Mark will be awarded when all the relevant standards have been deemed as met by the review team and quality assured by the QSI Quality Mark committee.
To register for the QSI Hub please complete the form below. Your application will then be reviewed by the QSI team to ensure the relevant information has been provided and that you are eligible to join the QSI Hub. Once your application has been confirmed the QSI team will provide a contract to sign along with requesting relevant financial information.
When the contract has been signed and a PO number provided you will be granted access to the QSI Hub. A member of the QSI team will be in touch to arrange a meeting to induct you to the hub and demonstrate how to use the various aspects.
As a member of the QSI Hub you will be given access to your individual SharePoint site as well as the hub resources. Your designated Quality Improvement Partner will provide an induction to the systems and show you how to navigate them.
The working towards status will be available to services following the official launch in July. Details on the criteria for this status will be provided then along with the new working towards logo.
