The Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) Quality Mark
The Quality Review Mark offers imaging services an opportunity to be formally recognised for meeting the Quality Standard for Imaging. It is a peer review process undertaken by our Quality Review Teams.
Once services feel they meet the QSI standards, they can apply for formal recognition through the QSI Quality Mark process, which operates on a three-year cycle.
You will be appointed a Quality Review Partner to guide you through the process.
Year one.
Full review
In year one, services will be reviewed against all the standards applicable to their particular service through a combination of document review and an on-site visit.
Year two.
Targeted review
In years two and three, ongoing compliance with the standards will be assessed through targeted evaluations of a subset of the standards. These reviews will focus on areas of difficulty or common challenges faced across the QSI network. Reviews in years two and three will primarily be conducted remotely with the possibility of a brief meeting with the QSI Lead to clarify specific points.
Year three.
Targeted review
In years two and three, ongoing compliance with the standards will be assessed through targeted evaluations of a subset of the standards. These reviews will focus on areas of difficulty or common challenges faced across the QSI network.
