Recommendations for cross-sectional imaging in cancer management Third edition
Date: 2022
Date of next review: 2026
Following the success of the first and second editions of Recommendations for cross-sectional imaging in cancer management, we are pleased to bring you third editions of the following chapters:
- Carcinoma of unknown primary origin
- Liver metastases and primary liver cancer
- Paediatric neoplasms
- Pancreas
The remaining chapters in the second edition are being reviewed and will be published here once they are available.
In producing the third editions of these recommendations the Royal College of Radiologists has utilised the input of its affiliated Special Interest Groups and nationally and internationally recognised radiologists with particular expertise in cancer imaging.
We hope that these protocols will be used widely within departments of radiology undertaking cancer imaging and will help to improve cancer services across the UK.
