This guideline provides detailed, practical and evidence-based consensus guidance for planning and treatment of patients receiving radical radiotherapy for anal cancer in the UK.
The guidance will be familiar to many as it formed the basis of the PLATO (PersonaLising Anal cancer radioTherapy dOse) trial and it is anticipated that as the trial results are published, the guidance will be updated accordingly.
