Webinar: Expert panel recommendations for radiotherapy treatment for vulval cancer guidance

We would like to invite you to join us for a free webinar on Monday 24 June from 17:30-18:30, providing an overview of the guidance document ‘The Royal College of Radiologists expert panel recommendations for radiotherapy treatment for vulval cancer’ which was launched in February 2024.

Dr Nicky Thorp (Medical Director for Professional Practice, Clinical Oncology) will chair the session for us alongside Dr Alexandra Stewart, Consultant Clinical Oncologist at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the Expert Panel and Contouring Panel for the guidance. Dr Thorp and Dr Stewart will be accompanied by a panel of esteemed colleagues who helped to develop the recommendations, including Dr Louise Hanna, Dr Jeff Summers, Dr Alexandra Taylor, Dr Jenny Forrest and Dr Patricia Baird.

Participants joining us for this webinar can expect to:

1. Develop an understanding of the background to the guidance and how the recommendations were developed.
2. Understand the key recommendations set out within the guidance.
3. Have the opportunity to ask a panel of experts any questions regarding radiotherapy treatment for vulval cancer and explore any issues participants may be facing within their departments.
