Event overview
We are delighted to collaborate with the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals for the third annual thoracic imaging masterclass. This two-day course is intended for radiologists at all levels of seniority and the topics covered are designed to be of value not only to junior radiologists (preparing for the FRCR part II examination) but also to more senior radiologists wishing to refresh knowledge of aspects of thoracic imaging.
The sessions will cover the fundamentals of thoracic anatomy, imaging techniques and the key radiological signs. There will be a systematic review of all major disease categories including lung cancer, interstitial lung diseases, pleural disorders, vascular disease and thoracic intervention.
As at previous masterclasses, didactic lectures will be interspersed with interactive case-based teaching by experts in the field.
12 CPD points will be awarded on completion of this course. Please note this event will not be available to view on-demand post event.
Learning objectives

‘It was very well organised, the speakers were all brilliant and engaging, the interactive sessions were extremely useful. Thank you so much for a great course, I learnt loads!’’
‘This is the best course I’ve attended in a long time. It is exactly what I was looking for and gained the knowledge I was hoping to gain by the end of end of it. The course not only enhanced my knowledge, it was also fun to attend as so many speakers were funny and made the learning environment of the event more friendly. I would come back again to this course.’
