Taster weeks, or taster evenings, can be a great way of showing off your specialty.  They should include exposure to all aspects of the specialty. For guidance, we have produced several documents:

These may be full-scale careers fairs or evening events focusing on a handful of specialties. Whatever form they take, clinical radiology and oncology should be represented, and we encourage local trainees to attend to promote the specialty.
