How to use the Single Sign on and login
LEARN MOREWe are improving and modernising our digital systems and services to make accessing what you need easier and quicker than ever before.
These updates include:
- Moving all our online services, including e-learning, journals and exams, to single sign-on (SSO). This means that you’ll be able to login once, with one password, and get access to everything you need.
- Providing multi-factor authentication (text message, authenticator app etc.), which offers additional security for your account.
- Updating the MyRCR area, making it more user-friendly with all the essential information in one place, making it easier to find what you want.
These updates also mean that the way you login to MyRCR is changing. You will need to register and verify your account the first time you login. This involves just three steps and takes less than 10 minutes.

Create an account
Go to the login page, select ‘set up new account’ and enter your email and password.
If you already have an online account, please make sure you use the same email address, as our system will recognise you.
If you are creating a new account, please use a personal email address you have ongoing access to.
We recommend that you use this opportunity to update your password, in line with cybersecurity best practice.

Verify your login using multi-factor authentication
